The Limited Edition KPCG is a special collaboration between Kanileʻa and acclaimed slack-key guitarist Jeff Peterson, combining a Port Orford Cedar soundboard with Master Grade Hawaiian Koa back and sides. Port Orford Cedar offers a distinctive tonal character with warmth, clarity, and articulate note definition, creating an expressive voice with excellent balance and sustain. Paired with Kanileʻa’s TRG-X Bracing System and TRU-Reduction technology, the KPCG delivers a responsive, resonant playing experience.
Featuring the KG-2 Pro specifications, including an oval side sound port, Pāua abalone appointments, ebony fretboard and bridge, and premium hardware, the KPCG brings together carefully selected tonewoods and modern guitar design. Produced as a limited-edition collaboration, this instrument reflects Jeff Peterson’s musical vision and Kanileʻa’s dedication to craftsmanship.
