The D-Series model features a distinctive D-shaped sound hole and an oval side sound port, enhancing the ʻukulele's projection and allowing for a more immersive playing experience. White Mother of Pearl logo and position marker inlays are complemented by black front binding for a sleek appearance. The UV-cured gloss body finish and silky smooth neck provide both visual appeal and comfort during performance. To increase comfort the D-Series instruments feature an Ebony armrest.
Equipped with Kanileʻa exclusive features, the D-Series ʻukulele includes a Graphite Infused Black TUSQ Nut and Saddle for precise intonation and stable string action. The Traditional Thin Slotted Headstock is fitted with Black Gotoh Stealth Tuners boasting a 1:18 gear ratio, ensuring precise and smooth tuning adjustments. The Kanileʻa Exclusive Radiused Back, Ebony Bridge Pins, and TRU-R Bracing System further enhance the instrument's tonal clarity, sustain, and resonance.
