Built with all-solid Hawaiian Koa, the KG-2 offers a rich, warm tonal profile with natural sweetness and clarity. Visual details include an abalone rosette, abalone fretboard and headstock inlays, and tortoise front and back binding, complemented by Gotoh Black Locking Tuners for reliable tuning stability. Kanileʻa’s exclusive TRG Bracing System enhances resonance and sustain, allowing the instrument to fully express the voice of the koa.
The KG-2 is available in Core and Pro configurations.
The Core model features Deluxe Hawaiian Koa with a choice of UV silk or gloss finish, offering refined playability and elegant aesthetics.
The Pro model is built with Premium Hawaiian Koa and includes TRU-Reduction technology and a side sound port for increased resonance and a more immersive playing experience.
