Micah Ganiron

Micah Ganiron

Micah Ganiron is a Hawaiian musician, vocalist, composer, and ʻukulele educator whose passion for music began when his grandmother gave him his first ʻukulele in second grade. Born and raised on Oʻahu, he studied under celebrated ʻukulele mentors Jake and Bruce Shimabukuro, and soon began performing professionally while teaching at ʻUkulele Hale in Kaimukī.

Micah has performed throughout Hawaiʻi and Japan—including shows at Disney Aulani Resort & Spa and corporate events like the NAMM Convention—and leads his band Micah Ganiron & Friends, blending original songs with classic covers. His original music includes singles like All In and EPs such as The Origin, and he continues to write and record new material.

As an instructor, Micah has taught many ʻukulele players across Hawaiʻi, including notable young talents, and he remains active in teaching, performing, and sharing the spirit of island music wherever he goes.
