The Custom Tenor Signature Series “Stallion” is a bold expression of artistry, craftsmanship, and tone innovation. Built with a Port Orford Cedar soundboard paired with Bog Oak back and sides, this instrument delivers an exceptional balance of warmth, clarity, and projection, offering both power and nuance with every strum.
Featuring Kanileʻa exclusive TRU-Reduction and TRU-R Bracing systems, the “Stallion” achieves optimal resonance and sustain while maintaining structural precision. Elegant Maple binding and a Bog Oak armrest frame the body, complemented by Black Tahitian Pearl purfling for a touch of refined contrast. The oval side sound port with Maple trim enhances acoustic presence, giving players an immersive tonal experience.
The Kanileʻa Phoenix Slotted headstock features a Maple headplate and Bog Oak logo, tying together the natural contrast of light and dark woods. Craig Lavin’s intricate inlay work graces the Ebony fretboard and bridge, elevating the instrument with an artistic signature unique to this model.
Finished in UV-cured high gloss with a silk neck for ultimate playability, the “Stallion” is equipped with Gold Gotoh Stealth Tuners, a Graphite Infused TUSQ nut and saddle, and Kanileʻa Low-G Worth Fluorocarbon X GHS Phosphor Bronze string set.
