Kanile'a Ukulele - Milling Process

Each piece of wood is cut by our skilled milling technicians. A re-saw is used to cut the body front, back and sides of the instrument 0.140ths of an inch thick. Once the instrument body pieces have been cut, the wood then goes through the "book matching" process.
